At Robb Scott Art, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our Dale Earnhardt Jr. collectibles and limited edition artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

How to Initiate a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions and confirm whether your item is eligible for return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original condition with all packaging and certificates of authenticity intact.

Limited edition or autographed items must remain in the condition in which they were received.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Please keep in mind that some orders that meet the criteria above for a return, some returns may not be accepted. Please contact us prior to purchasing if a return is of concern to you. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted by our staff. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
